Explore the intersection of beer and our bodies at a special event held amidst the striking Body Worlds RX exhibition at The Health Museum on Thursday, February 2, 2017.
Enjoy craft beer and learn more about it’s impact on your body, while you’re surrounded by real (and plasticized) human bodies that depict its inner workings.
There will be live music and body art performances throughout the exhibit, along with some special presentations.
Special Presentations
- Beer Logic – Catch one of two 20-minute presentations inside the McGovern Theater.
- What’s in that Glass? – Learn how beer is created in this presentation led by Houston-area brewers, and enjoy beer samples from local breweries.
- BrainCheck – Explore your cognitive functions while imbibing.
- Meet & Greet with Joe Wesley – The President of the NFL Former Player Association, and one-time player for the San Francisco 49’ers and Jacksonville Jaguars, will be on hand.
The event is part of Houston on the Cheap‘s Museum Night Experience, the final evening of Game City Showcase.
